"I ordered 5 lbs of coffee for Christmas and when the order arrived only 4
lbs were in the package. Of course I was disappointed. I called Kena Coffee and
they sent me the missing 1 lb of coffee plus some extra for my inconvenience.
Mistakes happen but getting them corrected when shopping online is difficult.
I think Kena Coffee showed great customer service in addressing their mistake.
I would highly recommend their services to other online shoppers."
